Frequently Asked Questions
At what times are the check-ins and check outs?
The checkin is possible from 16:00 and the checkout must be made no later than 11:00. On request and subject to availability, we can nevertheless arrange to change the check-in times if necessary.
Is there a parking space with the apartment?
No but, for Part-Dieu: There is a public underground car park next door. (Parking Frankfurt orange building at the corner).
Otherwise parking is in the surrounding streets.
Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?
Yes, towels, sheets and soft duvets are always provided.
Does the price include a cleaning service?
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation, it includes the supply and maintenance of linen, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay. However, the room must be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness, otherwise charges will be applied.
On request and at an additional cost, cleaning can be carried out during your stay.
Will I sign a short term rental agreement ?
Yes, a rental contract will be sent to you by e-mail, with electronic signature, before your arrival.
Do I have to make an advance payment on the day of the booking ?
Yes, payment is made at the time of booking.
Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?
Yes, an invoice will be sent to you automatically by e-mail at the end of your stay.
Cancelation policy
No refund will be made in case of cancellation 15 days before your arrival in the apartment.
Before 15 days, a refund will be made, a 10€ fee will be applied.
Are animals allowed in the apartments ?
Animals are not allowed in the apartments
Can I smoke in the apartments ?
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments, even at the window.
